Very nice service. polite and efficient
Like salesman like Marc Anderson bought two Lincoln MKX ‘s from him in the last 5 months. 2007 mkx and 2018 mkx new, the 2007 was so nice I thought I would go big time and get a new one, it drives like a dream. Told Mike when I left dealer ship June first why I liked him, you don’t get in photo and steal the limelight of your customer!! Thanks, Wayne T. Griffin
Service department very good. Friendly and no issues!
Spent 5 hours in the dealership and 7 days later still haven't heard back......with an update. Radio needs fixed in a vehicle we were interested in. And sales rep kept ignoring me for other customers (left mid sentence to speak to them!) and errands. customer service isn't their strong suite! Disappointing for sure.

Dear Alton Blakey Ford, I wanted to express how excellent the care I received was back in September. I have thoroughly enjoyed my truck purchase. I was very pleased with Matthew Taylor. He went above and beyond what most sales representatives will do.
