Perfect place on the porch. I left a $5 tip peeping out from the doormat and texted the text number alerting me of the driver’s approach but I guess he didn’t see it!
Alto used to be a great pharmacy. Not anymore. Horrible delivery service, nonexistent customer service and no help with follow up on prescriptions. Transferring to a different pharmacy. It’s beyond my understanding why they can’t get it together.
This pharmacy is really disappointing. I urgently need my medication for tomorrow morning. Google says the pharmacy closes at 6:00 PM, so I arrived at 5:20 PM, but I was told it was already closed. It’s very frustrating to rely on the posted business hours only to find the pharmacy closed much earlier. This caused a serious inconvenience and may affect my treatment. I can’t say enough good things about Alto Pharmacy. Their service has been fast, reliable, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Their prices are competitive, and the overnight delivery is a huge convenience, especially when time matters. What really stood out was their customer service.
