Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this doctor friendly? Extremely Friendly Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely

I have seen three different dermatologists - the first for many years, the second only once as she spent 0 time with me yet gave me 6 prescriptions, and Dr. Stewart Altmayer. I prefer female doctors, but I took a chance on Dr. Altmayer because I couldn't find a good dermatologist in the area. Dr. Altmayer spends a good amount of time with me each time I come in for an appointment, I never feel like I am customer who needs to be dealt with swiftly so that he can move on to the next.... Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Does this dermatologist use current and safe equipment? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution

Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Did this dermatologist answer all of your questions? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me
