They sent me a bill about a service done TWO YEARS AGO in 2022 which already had been paid in advance in 2022! Mistakes could happen so that could've been okay with if they handled it right, but terrible customer service. "Mandy" sounded so mean over the phone and made this experience much worse, and no single apology! Seeing other reviews, they're doing this to other clients as well, trying to steal money by sending invoices from such a long ago to remember if it's paid, be careful!
Their billing team never respond to your calls.
Wow same day PCR test results. Seamless. Family member had tested positive twice with flowflex antigen tests a week prior.
