I developed intense pain in my neck and mobility was severely limited. I was treated with a massage/acupuncture combination. By that evening, I was 75% improved and 24 hours later I am pretty much back to normal. I was also instructed in some exercises to do, which was helpful and informative. I will go back again when I'm in Big Bear.

I injured my neck while in Big Bear and needed a massage badly. I was so happy to find Altitudes and that they were open on a Sunday. They are awesome and I will definitely be going back! I got one of the best massages I've had. The atmosphere was very relaxing and I walked out feeling much better than I did when I walked in. I recommend them highly.

From the moment you walk in it is so peaceful and you are calmly greeted by wonderful massage therapists. They answered the phone promptly and I was getting a massage within the next hour.
The whole experience was great and Chada really helped work out the pain that I was having.
We have gone to Altitudes three or four times when we visit Big Bear and they never disappoint. This last experience was amazing and we will definitely be coming back.
