Extremely fast, professional, and helpful! I have had several maintence requests since my move-in and every time they have been fufilled quickly and effectively. I have never lived somewhere with a management team that cares so much about their tennants and a maintence team that is so thoughtful. I couldn't be happier. Evan and Jack were fantastic! The ONLY good aspect of these apartments is Evan in maintenance! This complex has been owned by multiple companies, each worse than the last, with this current one being the worst. Expect to pay more money every year you are there with no improvements to your apartment, and to live with some questionable neighbors.

Our bedroom recently had a degree of water damage that resulted in mold growing on our furniture. We then were told that it was OUR responsibility to provide the cost of mold testing. This is wholly unacceptable. This problem is compounded by the fact that this is our second apartment at this complex and the second of which was damaged by water.
