I submitted a maintenance request for a few issues — my washer was shaking and making noise, the hall cabinet door hinge was broken, and my refrigerator’s ice maker wasn’t working properly. Evan from the maintenance team came and fixed everything quickly and efficiently! He was professional, friendly, and got everything working perfectly within minutes. I really appreciate the great service — thank you, Evan and the maintenance team!
Evan and the maintenance team fixed not only my toilet today but many other things they are always so professional especially Evan. I absolutely love when he comes and fix things because he does it the right way 10 out of 10 service. Simply put, unprofessional management. If you don’t want to smell smoke in your apartment everyday and night, think twice about moving in to this place. I suffer more than two months since moved in, and finally have moved out. And believe me, the management won’t do a thing about the problem other than dragging their feet giving you all kinds of excuses!
Evan and the whole maintenence crew of Windsor Westminster has been a huge help these past few months! We've dealt with a few unfortunate utility issues, but maintenence was always incredibly quick to arrive and resolve any issue right away! Much appreciated!
I have now lived at Windsor Westminster for going on 13 years. I have seen 5 different management companies in that time period. One thing has stayed the same. The Maintenance Team. Evan and Oscar are great. The last few days, I've had an issue with my water heater. Jack was the team member I was assigned.
