Welcome to Winston Westminster — proudly sponsored by Winston Cigarettes. Supposed to be “no-smoking,” yet smoke seeps in almost daily. Management admits finding butts and even has witness accounts of tenants smoking but still refuses to act unless residents play detective with photos or videos. Perfect for smokers, a nightmare for everyone else.
