Maybe we came on a bad day.... Stopped in on a whim wile visiting Franklin with my 13 year old daughter and 21 year old son. Confirmed with front desk the Groupon deal would be best deal, so purchased that at a very reasonable price. The male cashier checking us out was pleasant and helpful. Bought 2 hours jumping and the socks as well. Upon entering play area realized it was a very small facility compared to others we have been to. No big deal, we thought. Still make the best of it. I like it its cool
This place is very dirty. It needs to be vacuumed and staff does not monitor the big kids that are in the areas meant for little one. We always come when it first opens and floors are always dirty
