Place is being ran into the ground, it's almost funny that you keep saying it's under new management. 100% certain that's the problem. We will not be back
I went there for the first time with my three grandchildren, all under the age of six. The facility was clean. I really loved the open concept because it was easy to keep track of all three of the kids. There was something for all three age groups. The bathrooms were very clean and well kept. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and appear to be aware of everyone that was there jumping. The process of signing the waiver and getting them checked in, was very easy.
