I love altitude title! I love how they are always available when I need them, and their response time to my emails is incredible! Everything is always very smooth and easy and the staff always makes my clients feel comfortable and welcome! I've worked with other title companies in the past, but my experience with altitude title has hands down been the best.
My lawyer recommended this company for the title work on a Quiet Title Action involving vacant land. The work was completely unusable and a waste of $825 and several months of work. There were significant omissions in the work such as the Deed of Trust that exceeded the value of the land. The "report" they issued was simply 1 page listing documents regarding change of ownership for the land and did not identify any of the defects in our title.
