I would not recommend this complex to anyone. Terrible client service, and grossly misrepresented amenities. The staff lie constantly as to why the pool isn’t clean/ heated, and there is no maintenance in the units, subjecting the units to water leaks, fires, failed ACs and huge uncompensated inconveniences. Stay away!
Maintenance of the property needs improvement. The carpets are dirty, the gym is dirty, and it smells like dog pee by the elevators. Dogs should not be anywhere near the center pool area because you can't enjoy being in the area with the smell of pee. Also people just let their dogs walk in that area without a leash. Not cool.
Poorly maintained. Hot tub is down more often than not. Pool and hot tub rarely cleaned. Dog hair and urine in hallways on a regular basis.
Great facilities, nice staff, safe apartments. Parking is convenient but definitely need more guest spaces, there's only like 5 or 6 for the whole community.
Beautiful complex, very quiet, incredible amenities, amazing staff!
