I have used Altitude Homes both as a buyer and when I sold my home. It was a smooth process and Landon did a great job guiding me each step of the way.
Landon who is the owner of this poor business was a horrible landlord. If you use his business to run your property’s then You should reconsider. He left us in a house that had leaks in the ceiling and during the winter and put all the ownership on the HOA. Instead of making anything right he went through the motions and told us we could just move out then if we weren’t happy with the property.
