Run away! I used them since 2014 but now they (Troy) won't return phone calls or respond to emails after leaving me with a furnace fix last week that didn't work. Charged me $136 for a $8 generic part and $120/hr to install it. Dishonesty will catch up with him.
Our furnace would not heat during the recent single digit temperatures. I spoke with Troy on the phone and he was at our house within 3 hours and fixed the problem. Troy was very knowledgeable, personable, prompt and provided very professional service. Thanks Troy for the help and also thanks for your 6 years in the Army serving our country.
After they 'fixed' my heating system it blows cold air and burns three times as much fuel. I've been trying get them up here since November (now February) to fix what they messed up . After them coming over multiple times, and claiming nothing is wrong (despite a flashing red light, blowing cold air, not being able to heat the house to 66 degrees, and constantly burning fuel) I finally called up a different company They actually looked and found that the way that Altitude installed the smokestack allows gunk from the smokest... read more
