We had a troublesome flat roof that always seemed to be leaking during the big storms. After the big hail storm of May 2017, we were due to finally get a replacement. Nick *** (###-###-####) worked to make sure our insurance claim was accurate and that all was done appropriately... with numerous visits to the property. Johnny and his crew were able to strip down and remove our old bitumen and get a new roof (with up-to-code slope and added boards) done in two full work days. Alex is awesome! He came to the rescue when I had contractors leaving me in the dark. I've had him do several projects for me now and was even out of state while the exterior of my house was being painted. I don't have to worry about anything. His follow through is excellent. I'm a realtor and am so thankful to have found a company that shows up and does what they say they will do!
When it was time to find a roofer I was concerned with all of the press about unprofessional and unreliable companies and people in this field. I found Altitude Contracting to be just the opposite. They were extremely responsible, knowledgeable and respectful. They fully explained what I needed and how they would work with our insurance company. They started when they said they would. Clean up was excellent and came back to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend Alex and his crew.
Altitude did a great job with our roof replacement. Their contractors were on time, courteous, and did high quality work. Nick B. did a good job of quickly taking care of minor issues we had come up and listened intently to our job concerns and desires. Alex (owner of Altitude) personally came by to double check some job details before everything got underway. Permitting with City and County of Denver done quickly and successfully. Overall very good experience, I would recommend Altitude to others.
Altitude Contracting did an excellent job for us - we'd recommend them to anyone. We found Altitude after firing a different roofing company whose aggressive sales tactics and all-talk no-action were a huge turn off for us. It's hard to find a contractor that you can trust, but you don't have to worry about that with Altitude Contracting. Nice, honest guys who did great work on my new roof and got it done on time and on budget. I would highly recommend them.
High quality company. Efficient, honest, respectful, friendly. Followed up along every step of our roof replacement to make sure we were satisfied and happy with what was going on.
