The place was quiet and a nice peaceful distance from the city. However, it is still close to a lot of different stores and restaurants so you can get most anything you need. However, I do have some complaints. The front office is almost never staffed so if you need anything from management, you will need to call to a different property or hope the maintenance people can help you. Anthony has been the most helpful guide to my move-in experience. I have yet to find anyone else in the apartment business as helpful and genuine as he is. Living area is great quality for the price. Extremely impressed!
Beautiful appartments at a great price. Additionally, the staff at Attitude 6313 is the best. They make the living experience seamless and problem free. Anthony in particular has helped make the move-in process easy.
No complaints at all. We've been in our unit since the building opened, and have not had a single noteworthy issue to date. The property manager Anthony Starritt has been a phenominal help for us as first time renters. He has been very friendly and easy to communicate with, and he consistently responds in a timely fashion to all sorts of questions. I was looking for my college son a place to stay for the semester. He was looking for a studio apartment. We met with property manager Anthony who was great. He was very knowledgeable and showed us around the entire property. Great place to live with amenities and everything you need nearby.
