My wife and I recently moved out of an 1 bedroom unit Altitude 6313. I lived there for about a year and a half. I think Altitude would be a great place for someone who likes to be alone and have their own space. The rent is very fair for Knoxville and you’re in one of the best locations you can be in since you live right off a bypass. The apartments are nice with great appliances. My neighbor’s dog barks A LOT, sometimes until close to midnight. There is literally never any staff here to talk to and they ignore my emails.

I lived here for 2 years. I loved my tiny apartment! The staff and neighbors were nice. Maintenance was prompt and the property is mostly quiet. The nice out process was simple! I wasn’t charged anything extra and I got my deposit back in a reasonable amount of time. The office does not usually have staff but they’ll give you a number to call if you need them. The place was quiet and a nice peaceful distance from the city. However, it is still close to a lot of different stores and restaurants so you can get most anything you need. However, I do have some complaints. The front office is almost never staffed so if you need anything from management, you will need to call to a different property or hope the maintenance people can help you.
