Caysie ,Kayla & Susan have been extremely helpful upon my move in Bravo
Staff is super friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and well-maintained. Security is minimal. Location in Boca is great. The gym is laughably minimal for a large facility like this. Pool area is beautiful but shameful it closes at dusk. Apartment has numerous things not working on move-in, and they installed new incredibly cheap and embarrassing carpet everywhere. Lovely balcony, lots of closet space and kitchen cabinet space and view would be nice if they trimmed the trees.82/100.
We associate Caysie Gannon has been nothing short of spectacular and a pleasure to deal with. She has been a very friendly welcoming face at 10X Boca in the Assistance of moving my senior friend get settled. We love seeing her smiling face each day.
The whole process was smooth and easy. Casey did an outstanding job and it’s a beautiful place. The apps need some tweaking but overall I’m truly appreciative.
Love living here . Great place, location fabulous, great people living in building.
