Beautiful property.... i’m happy with the apartment and the amenities are awesome
After the hurricane my kids and I were able to stay over with my family since luckily Altis never lost power. All of miami was badly affected and you could tell the complex was working on getting things back to normal assisting residents and the community.

Place is new and modern, driving is kinda far. Im only very saddend by the fact that the fire alarm or water is being shut on/off without any notice and this is happens over and over and over again(while I specifically emailed and called that they should keep people noticed) Communication is important especially for such a big community. Also im saddend that they advertise with shops in the first building but they are still empty (living here for 6 months atm).
