Altis at Coconut Creek is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. It looks beautiful from the outside but once you sign the papers everything changes. We were the first to move into this unit and immediately there were numerous problems. The day we moved in we had a huge water leak all over the carpet. We had an appointment to move in because they do not want too many trucks in the neighborhood at once, understandable, but our appointment was at 9am. Living here is the equivalent of having a full time job. There's absolutely no parking, no one at the front has any clue what is going on- let alone answers or solutions to problems. If you have a maintenance request you are required to do it online, however, no one will follow up with you, then you have to call to tell them you submitted an online request.
