Went in today for an exam, X-Ray, and cleaning of my teeth. I was told over the phone with the number provided that the total cost would be $59 for everything, thanks a special offer for new patients. I went there, and the workers were friendly, and I only had to wait 20 minutes or so. After the exam & X-ray, I asked about the cleaning only to be told that it's not part of the special offer, and that the call center gave me wrong information. This is not the first time I’ve come to where we have to wait over 1.5 hours for an appointment. There’s so many underlying issues with this place from how they treat you in the front , the incorrect information they give when pricing you issues and the lack of privacy you have to where you can’t even stand somewhere to watch your children with out being in everyone’s way .
