Hello! Me and my husband currently live here. We live in a 1 bedroom apartment and pay $1250 plus utilities. ($50-$70/month) The biggest problem we all have is the parking. We used to have two parking permits, now it's only one permit per one bedroom and two bedroom APARTMENTS. Tandem parking is $150 a month. I moved down here from Alaska, and Quinn has been nothing but helpful! Not being able to physically see an apartment can be hard, and being 3,000 miles away typically would probe problems, but everything was seamless and easy. I love my apartment!
Units are beautiful and the team has amazing customer service!! :) Love all the events!
