Amazing NPs and staff! Would highly recommend!
The nurse practitioners at this clinic are amazing. I have been so pleased with the care and services they have provided to me and my family members over the years. They truly care about their patients and take the time to ensure their patients feel heard. These days it is not always easy to find a medical provider with a warm bedside manner and outstanding clinical skills. They take the time to explain everything and address any concerns I have. They are very nice there and listen to the patients. I really appreciate that. But communication and follow through are really lacking. I have been extremely frustrated as I've called multiple times to request they submit prior authorization for a medication, and it took nearly four months for them to finally do it. I apparently needed more blood tests, but nobody contacted me about that. I would love to recommend this clinic as they are really nice and treated me really well while I was there. I am a new patient to Althea , the doctors and staff have been very helpful and very friendly !! They have all taken good care of me and my health conditions and made me feel welcome and comfortable . Dr. Bernice is a great dr. With excellent bedside manners. Who actually cares about her patients . I truly mean that ! One of her staff members Janet has gone over and beyond with my care ! I highly recommend them !! :)
