Update: Things have changed drastically end of 2023 into 2024. We went thru 2 management companies bc of rumored "embezzlement", so there's been alot of miscommunication between the changing of companies. In 2022, I went 1 year without heat although I continued to complain about it needing to be fixed. New management company Denali responded immediately once they were settled in. The rooftop pool has been under construction for over a year with no repairs initiated (this can be frustrating) I'm still giving this place 5 star... read more
