Deanna is the best! Edit: Deanna is still great- as always! I just wanted to give some kind words to Jose on the maintenance team who is absolutely a sweet heart and goes above and beyond to help people
I’ve been living at Altessa for about 4 months now and our experience has been comfortable. Deanna the front office lady was very welcoming and helpful since the day we met her. Maintenance Jose and his team are always kind and on top of services getting done on a timely manner. Thank you Altessa Team!
It's a nice place! Clean apartments, responsive staff, great amenities, close to the freeway (but there are walls so it's not loud) so transportation is easy, safe neighborhood, very pet-friendly, and the office often has food trucks come by for residents to buy different foods! If it's in your price range, worth a tour! Also, maintenance is fantastic. Jose and DLonzo West are always working on something and very responsive to all requests I've put in. I toured Altessa with Deanna and she was beyond helpful! Thank you so much for such a warm welcome and for walking me through the application process. I loved the apartment and the community is really well maintained with beautiful blossoming trees and walkways.
