This place has turned into a full biohazard. Gray star took over and the management has done. Absolutely nothing to maintain the property. The entire property is filled with dog poop, unleashed dogs, and management, who is clearly putting their hands up and saying it’s not our job to maintain the property. Run as far away from this property as possible. They keep deleting Google reviews if I would’ve checked the Yelp I would’ve never signed a year contract here. Run run run run run!!!!
I have lived here for 4 to 5 years now. The property is always kept clean. The staff is amazing and take care of any issue that might arise. The pool area is nice and the gym is pretty good! The surrounding area is amazing from the school zones to the park across the street. Great city view. If you’re looking for a new place to rent that you can call home I would highly recommend Altessa!!!!!! Thank you guys for everything you do!!!
Johnathan was great. Fast service. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would.
I absolutely love living here. Great neighbors. Great staff. Very unique layouts. They always take care of any problems or issues right away. The staff definitely take this place up a notch.
