First, let me say Kari Kneves is 100% 5 stars. Also, the maintenance team is world class and I really love living here and my apartment home. 2nd year is even better! Great neighborhood, Great Neighbors! Great parks. Everything you can need is at Altessa.
I rented at Altessa because of Mariela and Kari. They gave me the best customer service, which is so hard to find nowadays. Check this place out if you’re looking in Summerlin, you won’t regret it! Thank you so much ladies.
Great community! Helpful and stellar office staff, fabulous (the best!) maintenance staff who help to keep the property on point. Lots of special events for residents throughout the year. Easy access to 215, and neighborhood grocery store/gas station just a couple miles away. Close proximity to green spaces.
I have been all over Vegas and have explored too many properties to count. If you’re looking for a home, a quiet community where your neighbors are both neighborly and planning to live in Vegas not just pass through it, check out the Altessa. Our happiest home for 5 years <3 From the moment we arrived at Altessa in 2020, my fiancé and I immediately felt so welcomed and cared for. Everyone who works at Altessa is so kind and professional - from the assistant manager (thanks for everything, Kari!), the property manager Mariela, the maintenance staff and everyone in between!
