This is truly a corrupt organization. It has been 4 months now and I still have not received my security deposit. Here is a warning to everyone: if you are looking for housing and see that it is owned/operated by Alterra/APG, don’t bother submitting an application.

I scheduled a tour for the Tidewater in Fairmount (managed by APG) and confirmed it for 3pm today with a leasing agent, Eric Johnston (got a confirmation email). No one ever showed up and no one told me they weren’t coming. I called, emailed, and texted every number (both the leasing agent who confirmed the tour and the property number itself) given to me and no one responded.
