Hello, I have been trying to contact my leasing office that is now in the hands of Alterra/APG Living Group. My old leasing company changed hands over to APG Living and since January when that change happened there’s been 0 communication from leasing . PROCEED WITH CAUTION BEFORE SUBMITTING ANY DEPOSIT. I do not recommend applying with Alterra Property Group based on my experience. I paid a holding deposit and was informed it would be returned. It has now been over two months, and I am still waiting for my refund. Communication has been extremely difficult. Stay away if you want your security deposit back timely and without huge hassle. After far too many emails and more than 3 months, I am still waiting for my security deposit refund despite giving AGP clear guidance where to mail my check. My lease ended in September 2025 and it is now January 2026.
