David G. - Today was our first treatment. Sebastian Lozano was our tech. He was very prompt, but extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He was friendly, professional, answered all of our questions, and did a great job.

Mark did a great job with our rodent problem. He hunted down entry points and even found one nest in the house (!). The only reason Alterra got 4 stars instead of 5 is that he was not allowed to check the attic.
I have used other pest control companies in the past and Alterra, along with our tech Mark, was the most through.
They are the best by far. Service was fast and quick. Our Tech (Casey) was excellent and knowledgeable.
