Relaxing I have been to this place once. They have good options, not a lot for vegans or if you don't eat meat and eggs. The ambiance is good inside, it's also good to eat outside during summer. Definitely a place to hangout and relax..
a must visit! If you have never been to this coffee shop then get your ass away from the computer and go! Location is phenomenal with sweet inside and outside seating. The building itself is incredible. Coffee/tea is great and they have tons of variety, PLUS its cheaper than Starbucks! I would also recommend grabbing a bite to eat. Try the veggie wrap. Great Location!! The first things that you will notice it the wonderful view of the lake!! The Cafe is even used for outdoor concerts during the summer (who wouldn't want to go to a concert by the lake?). The Cafe is actually an old pump room that was converted into the coffee shop, and Alterra was smart to keep all of the old charm that the building has. Alterra Coffee ROCKS Alterra coffee is locally made and awesome. Alterra at the Lake is a small cafe with indoor and outdoor seating, outdoor live music in the summer, sandwiches as well as patrie items, and of course, great coffee.
