Best management! There was a mishap with my payment and management took care of it no fees owed by me. The maintenance is the BEST! Staff is amazing, grounds are amazing, pool is always a blast. Couldn’t be happier where I live!
not bicycle friendly. they have one horrible bike rack waayyyy in the back of the complex right by the hole in the fence next to the wash. my bike was stolen while locked up away from my apartment. also paper thin walls. I was in a studio and was working nights. on my "days off" I might have a friend over to watch tv or game. No loud music or partying just watching cartoons and hanging out. If you love waking up between 0500 and 0600, every day to yapping chihuahuas or want partying neighbors, 2F2F wannabe hot wheels cars revving their 4 banger engines, people yelling at their kids, helicopters flying overhead because the cops are in the area for the 3rd night in a row, high rent costs, a terrible management and maintenance crew or several new door dings on your car, APPLY FOR A LEASE AT LOS PORTALES. My friend Elaina text me this morning and I could tell by pics that she was upset. So I called her and she was in tears. Not cool to have so many things go wrong within 1 month of move in. Yikes! She’s a pastor at OCA and moved here for her son to go to college. I don’t live here but I’d say get mold inspection and a contractor to do a thorough walk through before you sign a lease here.
