Staff kept me informed of what they were doing and I would absolutely recommended this place to anyone! thought I had transmission problem, Joe took the time to hook it up and read the codes leading me to think it wasn't transmission related. very nice and honest if I did have a transmission problem I'd be happy to bring my car back.
Joe was awesome made my transmission shift like a new one.. top notch work even on my older 1988 Monte Carlo.. old or new I would take my car to Alternative Transmission if it needed work. Thanks for the great job Joe!!
My van broke down Monday and we had it towed here. My father just died, the funeral was Monday, and that’s when my car broke down. This was a very rough time. Joe was very communicative, very helpful and the work was expedient and extremely reasonable in cost. He went above and beyond helping us and even shined up my headlights!
