Virtual assistant has ZERO experience as a recruiter. Couldn't even CALL ME CORRECTLY. Phone hung up on me 6 times. Asked the same questions 7 different times like she wasn't even interested in listening, yet SHE CALLED ME. Very unprofessional. Sub par agency.
I’ve been with Alternative home care services for over two years and have received nothing but the best Services class a customer Service. If you’re in the market for home care services alternative would definitely be a good fit.
Not a great experience with the owner. She was not pleasant, not patient with my son. Even when I told her I was struggling she didn’t seem to care. She gave me a one day service after waiting to start for a week and a half and without notice or a chance for me to find someone else, she abruptly cut off service. She claimed that my son who is on the spectrum, unbuckled his seat belt during transport. I offered to get a safety seat belt buckle that is designed to prevent that but she still refused after one trip. Even my son’... read more
