I had a 20 year old furnace that was shorting somewhere internally. Darryl couldn't guarantee that a new wiring harness and circuit board would fix the problem, even if he could still find a replacement. His recommendation was a new furnace, which I feel was a reliable recommendation, and not just a sales pitch. Their service and communication was great!
