Appreciate their help getting my solar panel system back on line. They gave me good instructions over the phone and the issue was fixed quickly.
AES installed a 5 MWh solar system with a Powerwall over 6 years ago. I recently had a Powerwall issue (first one) with the WiFi communications being offline. I went through troubleshooting with a Telsa tech, but they could not figure out the issue, so I called AES. The AES tech was on time. He contacted Telsa and they had the issue resolved in about a half an hour. The AES tech took the time to explain how things work and what was going on. AES does terrific work. We have been very pleased with the quality of service, the communication and the workmanship of our solar installation. Christian, Tony and the gang did a wonderful job installing the panels and Powerwall on our house and even helped us identify an issue our builder missed. We highly recommend AES if you are installing solar!

From the initial conversations about the project, the installation process, and yesterday’s cleaning maintenance AES was an excellent partner. They showed up when they had arranged, completed the work and were happy to answer all of my questions. They are an outstanding team and I highly recommend them.
