Our company hired AES to handle detaching and reinstallation of solar panels for a client getting a new roof. Their service was outstanding! The team was professional, efficient, and handled everything with care. Jon in customer service took the time to explain the process, ensuring I understood each step. The job was completed on time, and the panels are working perfectly again. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing solar panel services. Great experience from start to finish!
We initially had solar installed by AES and subsequently added home battery backup. The communication and flexibility with Aaron while planning the project were great. And let me say; both experiences with the install crews have been amazing; thorough, friendly, professional, tidy installations on both counts. I have never left a review for a company before, but have been very impressed with this one.
AES originally installed my system in 2018. It has worked reliably since then. Recently, they had to remove and replace my system so a roofing contractor could repair damage from Hurricane Helene. Their service staff was helpful and willing to coordinate with my roofer. The crew that did the removal and install worked quickly and around our schedule. There were no interruptions to life as usual. Even though we were recovering from a tough situation, AES kept their part of the process headache-free.
We have had a great experience and would highly recommend Alternative Energy Southeast, Inc. We installed are solar system, 3 power walls, and 2 electrical vehicle chargers in the summer of 2022. The install team was courteous, on time, and gave appropriate heads up when they would be arriving to the job site.
