Since I can remember I wanted to use a midwife. However, my first two pregnancies were under the care of an obstetrician. It was not until my third pregnancy that I did co-care with both an obstetrician and this amazing midwife team. When my home birth became an unexpected hospital transfer, my midwifery team was with my husband and I every step of the way. I absolutely wish that I could give this midwife 5 TRILLION stars!! Laura and Deann were so wonderful - I’m actually a patient of another midwife in SLC, but I was visiting family in Cedar City for Thanksgiving and I started bleeding. I called Laura and explained the situation and she offered to see me the evening before Thanksgiving!! I was able to find out everything with the baby was fine, but she diagnosed another problem I was having that could have caused major complications - I am SO grateful!
