My favourite professional beauty supply store in Kitchener. They have the best prices and a good selection and always have promos. Staff is always kind.
Well that was a frustrating experience. I’ve only visited this store 3 times. The first time I made an account, the second time someone demanded my phone number the second I walked in the door, and the third was today. I walked up to the counter when I first came in to give my phone number, and had to repeat myself about 5 times before they found my account. I absolutely LOVE this store! ALL the staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable; and Kathleen is such a sweet person! There are other supply stores that are closer to me, but i opt to go here just for the incredible service!
