I have worked with Alternative Aire for three years now, from maintenance to minor and major repair to full heat pump replacement. I was really happy with the service from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to — from the representatives on the phone to the technician who came to my home — was friendly and professional. Joey did a great job. He was thorough, respectful, and took the time to explain things clearly. It felt like he genuinely had our best interest in mind, offering helpful advice that could save us money in the long run.
Alt Aire always takes such good care of its customers! We had an after hours need during one of the hottest spells of the summer and Charles was out at our place within a couple of hours of me sending an email and the AC was thankfully back on and working by that night. Total lifesaver in this heat! Incredibly grateful to have our service through Alt Aire!

Our air conditioning stopped working yesterday after business hours. I requested an appointment for ASAP using their website and immediately they scheduled me for the following morning (today). Enrique Williams arrived very promptly and professionally this morning, he very efficiently identified that the problem was the capacitor, and replaced the capacitor.
