Two weeks ago I went to Alternacare in need of major help as my body was shutting down. I’m a small person with thyroid and other health issues and had lost 13 lbs in 3 weeks and was getting worse, unable to work, function, etc. In just 10 days I have gained 4 pounds, back to work and feeling better each day. Thank you for caring and putting me on a wonderful road of recovery! Highly recommended!!!

I was diagnosed with thyroid issues and my hormones were a complete mess. My first visit to Alternacare was Jan 3, 2020. I started working with Dr. Mark a week later and am feeling so much better already. Happy,Happy Customer right here..I have been goin to Alternacare since 1-9-2020 and I can truly say that I have never felt this good in a long time.I have diabetes,fibromyalgia,neuropathy and a host of many other things.I have followed the plan and have made all of my appointments.I could just cry right now because I feel so good ,and I want to share this with all of my friends and family.Because it works! I recommend to all that want to lose weight without exercising and keep it off to go to alternacare weight loss and holistic healthcare. Also if you want to learn how to eat healthier and cook healthier they have nice recipes and it's been helping me with the way I eat to keep the weight off I eat healthier now. I'm 18 lbs down😀

I wish I never made that call to get help from Alternacare. I am outside of country patient. I lost a lot of time 2 years without any improvement and I lost a lot of lot of money. I will be paying c card for number of years. I spent all of money on the tests and the phone consultation just to be told that I am very unique and very complex case.
