The review I made will be updated later, as I will see how things work out for me and my end experience with this practice. I probably should have waited until I am further along in the process. However, I did speak the truth according to my experience. But I don't want to discourage people from getting help for their well being. Rather, I do wholeheartedly encourage anyone seeking help with their health to find a naturopath who offers a root cause protocol or a functional doctor.

I am still on the program, but I could not afford all the supplements. They wanted $3,000 for the supplements alone. The treatment plan, hair analysis and 4 doctor consult appointments cost $1250. (But other people have told of different quotes.) Note that even if you only want just ONE bottle of any supplement, they charge $19.00 shipping. I do like the supplements, but be very sure you are upfront about every allergy you have, as I found allergens in the ingredient lists I read. I am amazed! so disappointed - i was so excited to begin this journey. however, it was just another business looking to add more and more supplements along the way. the fat and liver cleanse was the final push to help lose weight (haven't lost a pound in over 1+month. would have brought me to spending over $1000 in that short time.so disgusted.

AlternaCare, Dr. Mark, coached me through a health program that allowed me to eliminate two prescription drugs with an added benefit of 40+ lbs weight loss. My primary care physician is also very pleased with my overall health improvement.

I started the program with Dr. Mark for healing of fibromyalgia, hot flash, hypothyroid and excess weight and sluggish metabolism and leaky gut. No stars wasn't an option! Sorry to say that this felt like such a scam. The person I spoke with was obviously utilizing a script, did not really seem to care about what I was dealing with or trying to get help with. Bottom line is sign up for a $360 testing / lab service and when I said that I wasn't comfortable doing that just yet, the cold shoulder was evident! 😳👎👎

I had been battling fatigue, asthma, sinus issues, horrible acid reflux that I had been struggling with for over 20 years, I was unable to lose weight and I wasn't sleeping. I began my weight loss journey in Dec of 2017 and had lost over 100 pounds before joining Alternacare. I joined the program because I had been at a weight loss stall for over 7 months or so and needed to figure out how to continue moving forward.
