First time visiting yesterday. Got my hair highlighted. Gretchen did a good job. Unfortunately, I am not completely impressed as it ended up costing $140 instead of the $90 (with tip). My hair is not long or anything. It’s short and all I WANTED was a partial highlight. They explained extra costs if needed but did not ask first before doing anything.. until I had to pay.. I’m not completely impressed. What should’ve taken 2 hours ended up being an almost 4 hour appointment…
Gretchen got my color!!! She’s friendly and she’s got my business after I had gone to 5 other salons who didn’t get my color right and didn’t offer any compensation.
Gretchen did wonderful job with my haircut. She is pleasant and pays a lot of attention to detail!
Gretchen did an amazing job with my hair. The cut is fresh and I LOVE the color. She took me back to the color I was when I was little and it is gorgeous! I highly recommend her!
Emma does a fantastic job. Very friendly. Always enjoy going to her for the great service you get.
