What was a perfect day was ruined by horrible customer service. Let's start from the beginning. I'm getting married and came to learn about Altered Ego at the AZ bridal show. At the show I was attracted to them because they did vintage hairstyles. I was given a $50 gift card at the bridal show. I called today to get info on how the bridal hair works. I would like to share with you that the certificates that we handed out at the Expo are real and have been used, this was the first time it was presented for the wrong person.
