HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE! This is the worst salon I've ever been to. I trusted their only stylist, Erin Alexander, with my two feet of hair and she bleached me to baldness. I left the salon with matts of broken, damaged hair. It mostly all fell out until the longest piece of hair I had was 5 inches long.
