Needed to get a couple of pair of pants shortened for an important occasion. Both pairs were not done right (well below professional standards) and had to go all the way back again to get the mistakes fixed (though not in time for the aforementioned occasion). Needless to say, when I asked for a discount due to the mistakes and inconvenience (not to mention I wasnt able to wear my pants when they were badly needed, due to the amateur-ish mistakes), I was denied.
