The staff is rude, unprofessional, and lie. The women named wendolyn, Ann(manager), and Saire are rude and unprofessional. Wendolyn will tell lies about costumers just to save herself from getting in trouble. Ann will not even talk to you herself if you ask for her. And siare will give you nasty looks and be a total bitch to you for no reason. I will never come back to the Fairlawn location in Ohio
They lost a homecoming dress. We took the dress for minor alterations on a Tuesday, were told it could be done and ready for pick up Thursday and when we went to pick it up it was not there. They seemed very inconvenienced that we were so upset that they had lost the dress. And aside from them needing to take a close look at their operation in order to assure they don't loose customers belongings, they also need some basic customer service training.
Wonderful lady that owns this shop. My daughter's prom dress had sooo many layers of tulle and she handled it perfectly to make the shape exactly how she wanted it. Very satisfied.

If I could give this store a ten star, I would. They are hands down some of the nicest and kindest people to work with. They were able to basically save me a lot of time and honestly anxious energy helping with my wedding dress. Not only did mine come out beautifully so did my mothers and all my brides maids. I couldn't recommend a better store to go to for any alterations. I can't thank them enough and to top it off the dresses got done extremely fast and time efficiently as well as beautifully :)
Had a pair of military pants hemmed to perfection!
Worst experience. Bridesmaid gown ruined by them! 80 for a hem and 2 darts, go pick it up and it smells like chemicals and feels damp. Did not smell when I took it in. When i showed them, the manager said it smelled like fabric to her but they could clean it for an additional expense. Oh yes and that it was the manufacturers fault however when i asked her to bring out the rest of the dresses, she said they would not smell because they were different. Then told me that this was my fault but she said she would not tell me why.... read more
To the staff here, kudos. You saved my day. When I came in crying cause the zipper on my dress broke and I had a skating competition 40 min away. I could never thank you enough for fixing my zipper in 15 min. Thank you a million times over ��
