One-Of-A-Kind Bustle Alterations By Christy was a wonderful place to take my wedding dress. Everyone there took their time with me and they were so easy to work with. Great work at a great price I had my mother-of-the-bride dress alterations done here as well as having 13 small buttons sewn down the back, and my husband's pants hemmed for the wedding. I was very, very pleased with the work and the cost. Christy was extremely nice, working with me while waiting for the buttons to be delivered by the manufacturer and her work was excellent. Bridesmaid and a Bride!! I was a bridesmaid in a wedding in June of 09, and needed my dress altered. I went online for local places in Monroe. I looked at Christy's website and decided to take the dress to to her. She had the alterations done in about a day, but my schedule was crazy and I couldn't get back for a week to pick the dress up. Mrs. Christy does a beautiful job on every piece! I would trust her with any type clothing. I didn't know her when I got married, but have seen many dresses that she has altered! She is amazing! I just hope she is still altering when my daughters get married one day!!!!
Very professional Very professional! I love my dress!!!!! I knew it would require quite a bit of alterations since I am a smaller girl but she made it look exactly how I wanted. Looks custom made for my body! I would recommend Christy to anyone. Can't wait to wear my dress at my wedding!
disappointed bride I was referred to Christy by a very reliable source who owns a bridal shop. I purchased a wedding gown that needed work on the delicate lace and I knew it would take a very talented seamstress to work on it as the lace work and design was detailed. The entire dress was altered perfectly except for my train. I do not think Christy's expertise is in delicate lace work and I would never recommend anyone to her for delicate lace work. Pageant Dress Alterations by christy's is a great place to take your clothes to have any kind of work done.
