I have been going to Ashley for about a year now and I can honestly say that I've never had a stylist care so much about my hair than she does. I came in with extremely damaged bleached hair that was falling apart (literally) and a year later I am sitting with very healthy hair that I am still able to keep platinum blonde. Her attention and care has also helped my hair regain it's natural curls. Her experience with both platinum blondes and specialized color is amazing and hard to find in the NC area. I just had my hair cut at Alter Ego for the first time, and I loved the experience! The salon has a fun, artsy vibe, and the staff was professional and friendly. Most importantly, the stylist who did my hair was amazing. I made the mistake of trying to cut my hair myself, so it was a chopped up mess. Abigail S. listened to what I wanted and was able to do a cut-correction with skill and precision. I LOVE my new haircut and plan to come back to Abigail!
Raven did such an amazing job and really took the time to help teach me about how best to style my kind of hair! She tried new products and made my haircut an experience!
