I love the quality products that you carry and the service your staff provide is exceptional!! Recently purchased a mountain bike for my 10 year old son's birthday and the dude in the bike shop was great. Helped us find the right bike and even let Tripp help him with the setup/inspection of the bike. Great Shop, Great Products, Great People. Highly Recommend visiting Alter Ego if you've never been.

These guys had snowboarding binding discs I had hard time finding elsewhere. They were marked as "pick up" only, but I'm in Ottawa so that'd be a bit too long of a drive for me . I sent them an email and Chris J responded quickly and with a reasonable shipping cost. Everything from order to invoice and shipping was painless and a less than a week later I had exactly what I ordered. Really appreciate their help in getting me ready to hit the snow without needing new bindings!!
