Went here for a beginners class on Sunday and had so much fun!!! Shout out to Lilo for being such a fantastic instructor!! She taught us everything we needed to know as a beginner such as proper pole care, types of hand grips, and knowing when to move using your outside/inside leg. She was very helpful and encouraging the whole entire class and would love to take another one with her! I left the class wishing it were longer. 😭
I've been going to the beginners class on Saturday and it's a great time.
The classes are approachable and the owner is so nice! I love the community here
