This place is a rip off! I took my 3 girls here to get their nails done for my daughter's birthday. The "manicure" consisted of dipping their hands in HOT wax, peeling it off, and painting their nails which none of my girls wanted to do because it was too hot and burned. So all they did was get their nails painted. That's it. I could have done that at home. They also wanted to make the sugarcrub sundae and sparkle lotion/ body wash. Worst customer service ever!!! It's a "salon" with no one working!!! Do not go there!
We had a terrible experience when we tried to use this place for my son's first haircut. We arrived five minutes before our appointment time and were given a short client info sheet to fill out. We filled out the paper, gave it back, and stood there waiting. One stylist was blowdrying a little girl's hair. Then, she finished. Then, she stood there talking to the little girl's family for a while. Then, she left. Another family came in after us for a first haircut. WORST haircut my daughter has ever had.... Told her I wanted my daughter to have an inverted bob, and she literally didn't even touch one side, then told my daughter she had to hurry up to pick out her tattoo because she had another haircut to do. Couldn't get out of there fast enough!! There were stylists standing around chatting and we still had to wait for one. Took my daughter to a different salon to fix it, and they actually asked me if I did it since it was so poorly done.
Horriable place! They share the same staff as Princeton Salon ( Next to them) They have their receptionist doing services on kids without a license. Childern are more difficult to do than adults. I would not waste your time here. CROOKS!!! The"managers" Venus Dees and Nichole Thorn are unprofessional, uneducated JOKES!
Great Salon for Kids! – I stumbled across AlterEgo kids while I was in the Mall of Georgia last week. I had never heard of it but it was so fun and bright - My son Mason and I just had to go check it out! The receptionist was so nice and informative and answered all our questions - They had an opening at the time, so Mason got his hair cut and it was great! Extremely Disappointed – I arrived at 10:45 with my two children hoping to have a pleasant experience similiar to the positive reviews listed here. Unfortunately, I was greatly disappointed. We didn't receive a warm greeting ( which I dismissed) and was advised that the stylists had openings at 12:15. I made the appointments and we proceeded to walk around the mall. You have to try this salon for kids!!! – I came across this place one day while I was at the mall and I just knew I had to bring my girls! It's very colorful and girly and right up their alley. So I took the girls and a friend in yesterday for mani pedis and a facial! And like I expected they absolutely loved it!!! Do not waste your time! – I called on a Sunday around noon to ask what the hours were and asked if I needed to make an appointment. The girl on the phone said no, walk-ins were welcome. So, I took my two kids around 3 o'clock. There was a party in progress. The girl at the desk said that someone could cut one of my kid's hair at 3:30 and another one at 4:00 or both of them could be done at 4:00 so that they could finish together.
