My first love from AlterEco is the Salted Caramel Truffle. That one was a no-brainer because I adore salted caramel anything. My newest love is the Mint Crėme. I have always shied away from mint chocolates because of the strong (read: artificial) mint flavor. However, the Mint Crėme Truffles are just right. When I bite into one, the smooth, velvety center just melts in my mouth. The perfect blend of silky dark chocolate and a cool, creamy mint center. Heaven!
The mint truffles are awesome - highly recommended! Unfortunately, most of their other products have "natural flavor" (i.e. chemicals) so we avoid those.
