Mason is personsable hard working individual. The service is top notch and reasonably priced. Recommendation well deserved!
My issues with most bike shops are with trust and confidence. Trust that the person working on my bike is an expert. Confidence that I'm not being needlessly upsold to compensate for the margin of loss that bigger bike shops need to cover due to their inventory of unsold bikes. Alter Cycles delivers on both accounts and I'll never take my bikes anywhere else. Free beer on Friday? What more could you ask for?
