I needed carpet installed in my rental property as my schedule installer became ill. I called Alex and he had me call his installer Erik Waller. Erik came the next day, on time, with equipment and gave a quote , He re-stretched 2 bedrooms and then installed new carpet in the family room. Started on time and was installed excellently. He knew what to do and did it well, cleaned up all material and removed from property. Power stretched done right. I have owned 52 units and have had a lot of carpet installed over the years. Do NOT hire Altek Restoration Services and Erik! I took our bathroom measurements to purchase vinyl flooring. I was given two rolls of flooring that were supposed to be installed from 'side to side', going sideways. The installer installed them instead 'lengthwise', leaving a two foot gap on the main sheet right in front of the shower where you step out...plus there are two other areas that had not been covered! They glued the vinyl sheeting down, therefore goofing up the entire job! The installer wanted ... read more
