Eric, the carpet stretcher and repair guy from Altek, was super helpful. He responded quickly, showed up on time and was very patient with my questions and concerns. I felt like he gave me a fair estimate and helped me decide exactly how much work we needed to have done. I will definitely call them again in the future!

The guy was so nice and informative, he didn't even charge me for the inspection, since my landlady wasn't willing to shell out $75 for the inspection.
