Installer name is Erik Waller. This man is a true professional. He answered all questions that I had. In fact Erik went up and beyond the call of duty. His was held up by the staff at Loews for over an hour but he hung in there. Picked up the carpet and the install was excellent. I would most assuredly recommend Erik and Altek without hesitation.

Eric, the carpet stretcher and repair guy from Altek, was super helpful. He responded quickly, showed up on time and was very patient with my questions and concerns. I felt like he gave me a fair estimate and helped me decide exactly how much work we needed to have done. I will definitely call them again in the future!
