This is the worst Altec service center I've ever dealt with. They replaced an outrigger cylinder that was not leaking that was just previously repaired. They agreed to refund the money and then backed out of the agreement. I have the cylinder that's perfectly fine not leaking. They went round and round with me for months to finally say they aren't going to go anything. Pretty sad. We spend thousands if not hundreds of thousands with them yearly and get treated like this.
